ETOILE
Dry white wine
Étoile is our star; dry, hectic, saline and elegant; a silent memory of our History. Its grapes come from Miraflores Alta, a vineyard over sixty years old in one of the historic estates in Pago. Its notes of memory of the Marco de Jerez wines stand out, being its vinification without intervention and without flower. Vinified in old Manzanilla boots or used french barrels.
