The wines
We are the soul of Sherry: Albariza soils and Palomino grapes in their purest state.
All Muchada-Léclapart wines are dry, plot-grown whites. and come exclusively from their own biodynamically farmed vineyards. They only produce around 15,000 bottles per year.
In the cellar, the purest and simplest expression is soughtThe wine is made from albariza and palomino grapes without make-up (no use of the veil of flor or old wineskins). In this way, the terroir The verticality, sapidity and unique salinity of the albariza soils, and the elegance, finesse and subtlety of the palomino and muscatel grapes.
The different references come from parcel work (each wine is a universe that comes from a single plot), of the Palomino and Moscatel varieties, and their vinification methods: direct pressing or maceration.
